Responsibilities
- Provides technical support to meetings and presentations involving customers.
- Operates and troubleshoots audio and visual equipment, including Zoom/Cisco Rooms, Teams, laptops, projectors, screens, and microphones.
- Performs sounds checks for Video Conferences and dry run meetings, resolves equipment issues, and provides stand-by support.
- Administers room scheduling software to generate reports and ensures up-to-date requirements are accurately captured.
- Logs AV fault tickets with vendors and liaises through to resolution.
- Maintains inventory of conference room equipment and technology supplies, such as chargers, AC adapters, batteries, and clickers, and orders supplies as needed.
- Responds to conference room attendee technology requests and troubleshoots problems using standard troubleshooting tools.
- Maintains operational availability of all technology-related equipment and IS resources, including laptops, desktops, printers, servers, data communication equipment, network infrastructure, telephone equipment, and audio-visual systems.
- Resolves customer problems and provides technical leadership to other local IS resources.
- Encourages and promotes teamwork between local, regional, and Global Services IS resources.
- Participates as an active team member on IS projects to which assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to interact with co-workers and clients under deadline pressure.

- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and team skills.
- Diplomacy, professionalism, good judgment, and courtesy by phone, in-person, and email.
- Minimum 2 years technical/AV support experience.
Experience
- Experience providing IS support in a Legal or Professional Services environment with attention to detail, prioritizing multiple projects, and problem-solving while remaining calm.
- Experience with Zoom (including Zoom rooms) and/or MS Teams preferred.
- Experience with Cisco Video Conferencing equipment preferred.
- Experience with audio visual technologies (Crestron, Q-Sys, Extron).
- Experience providing tech support in a Legal or Professional Services environment with attention to detail, prioritizing multiple projects, and problem-solving while remaining calm.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs (Office 365 preferred but not essential).
Compensation & Benefits
The hourly compensation rate for this position is $38-43/hr. The salary offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Benefits offered for this position may include health care and paid sick time.
