Collaborating Physician
About the Role
We are looking for collaborating physicians who want a flexible role with the opportunity to set their own schedule and earn more. Physician collaborators earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants they oversee. You must be licensed in and living in Georgia to qualify.
Additionally, if you're interested in in-home visits, our clinicians provide personalized In-Home Health Evaluations to health plan members. These visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in the member’s home. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation and will not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen.

Testimonials
“Many of the people I see are shocked a physician is coming to their home to visit with them one-on-one. When you sit down and have an unhurried conversation about their health, they are impressed, happy, and understand that their health plan and care team cares about them.” - Marcie L., M.D., Arizona
“The primary care physician gets a snapshot of a person in an office setting, but with Signify Health, we see things like the number of steps to enter their home, the state of disrepair those steps may be in, and the person’s ability to function comfortably and with ease in their own home. We can make referrals to the individual’s health plan, encourage the participation of their loved ones, and ensure their PCPs are aware of their health and overall quality of life.” - Cathy H., M.D., Kentucky
