COLD FOOD (SALAD) (FULL TIME)
Location: The Fenn School, 516 Monument Road, Concord, MA 01742
Schedule
Full time, Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of previous experience
Responsibilities
- Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from Chef
- Prepare sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments, and salads using approved production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control
- Stock and replenish deli/cold products and condiments following approved merchandising guidelines
- Transport pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstation, stove, and refrigerator
- Store food in designated areas following HACCP standard wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain counters, work surfaces, refrigeration units, and floors in preparation and serving areas
- Slice delicatessen meats, vegetables, and cheeses using slicing machine, knives, or other cutters
- Operate slicing machine: position and clamp meat or cheese on carriage, adjust thickness, and start motor to slice
- Interact with coworkers to ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment to comply with sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Pay
$24.00 per hour to $26.00 per hour
