Coiler Setup

About the role

The Coiler supports manufacturing processes by setting up and operating Coiler equipment. Responsibilities include quality control, documentation, problem identification and resolution, tooling and equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety and policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Z-11 and F-Z coiler machines
• Prepare and maintain setup information
• Identify problems and make improvements through root cause analysis
• Maintain tooling and equipment related to coiler operations
• Review and complete required daily documentation
• Assure good housekeeping and machine maintenance practices
• Maintain all safety and employee policies and report any infractions or concerns to management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with coiler equipment and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and regulations
