Summary Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Coil Winder to join our production team. This role is responsible for manufacturing coils while following specifications, work instructions, while upholding quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Coil Winder sets up and operates manual or automated machinery to wind wire around bobbinsSoldering of wires and circuit boards to coilsProduct testing Building of coilsMolding of coilsDaily Cleanup dutiesFrequent use of hands and fingers, lifting up to 50 lbs Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time Basic Qualifications Previous Manufacturing / Assembly experience is a plusGood Dexterity and fine motor skills for handling of hand tools, fine wire, and small componentsAttention to detail, with ability to read and follow work instructionsUnderstanding of quality control principles Education High School diploma or GED equivalent What Do We Offer Four-day work week: Monday - Thursday 6:00 am to 4:00 pm (Paid lunch & breaks)Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401(k), 80 hours of PTO.
