Coil Winder

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Coil Winder to join our production team. This role is responsible for manufacturing coils while following specifications, work instructions, and upholding quality and safety standards in a stable, climate-controlled, and people-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual or automated machinery to wind wire around bobbins
• Solder wires and circuit boards to coils
• Perform product testing
• Build and mold coils
• Perform daily cleanup duties
• Frequent use of hands and fingers; ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
• Good dexterity and fine motor skills for handling hand tools, fine wire, and small components
• Attention to detail, with ability to read and follow work instructions
• Understanding of quality control principles
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
