Coil Supervisor

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilties

• Supervises and provides technical support for all operations at the wellsite, yard, and any other location where work is being performed ensuring efficiency and quality assurance;
• Maintains communication with client well site representative, rig crew, and field support staff;
• Plans and coordinates operations utilizing technical expertise to determine the need, technique, and use of equipment;
• Advises client on proper procedures and troubleshoots onsite issues;
• Promotes the company HSE program and ensures work is performed in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations as well as company and industry standards;
• Counsels and mentors trainees;
• Conducts daily pre-job safety meetings;
• Operates cranes at the wellsite and any other location as needed;
• Prepares and delivers comprehensive job documentation including, but not limited to, field tickets, job detail reports, maintenance forms and work orders, safety meeting and JSA forms;
• Safeguards required documentation;
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Less than High School Education Degree Field (s): Work Experience: 2-4 years Supervisory Experience: Not Applicable Related Experience: Valid Class A Driver’s License with X endorsement and acceptable driving record Current Well Control Certificate Valid NCCCO Crane Operator License

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Less than High School Education Degree Field (s): Work Experience: 4-6 years Supervisory Experience: Not Applicable Related Experience: Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms Proficiency with MS Office 365 applications
