Cognitive Performance Specialist (CPS) Level 1 (OK)

About the role

Solvere Technical Group is looking for a Cognitive Performance Specialist (CPS) to join the team.

Responsibilities

- Provide cognitive performance services. - Work with collegiate, professional, or tactical athletes, aerospace industry personnel, test pilots, astronauts, or similar high-performance environments. - Conduct assessments and develop interventions to improve cognitive performance.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in cognitive performance services. - Experience in collegiate (or higher), professional, or tactical athletics; aerospace industry, test pilot/astronaut, or similar high-performance environments. - Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field. - Specialization in sport psychology or similar from an accredited institution. - Active Secret clearance. - CPR certification, including AED training. - External Defibrillator (AED) training.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Performance, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or Sport Sciences with a specialization in Sport Psychology or similar from an accredited institution.
