Coffee Barista Lead

About the role

As the Coffee Barista Lead, you will uphold our company's high standard of service by assisting guests with their beverage and food orders. You will prepare all orders according to guest specifications, operate all coffee shop machines, and be knowledgeable about all product offerings to answer guests' questions. Additionally, you may perform back-up duties for the Coffee Shop Manager, including ordering products, completing inventory, and preparing required reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with beverage and food orders.
• Prepare all beverage and food orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate all machines in the coffee shop.
• Understand and know the recipes of all beverages offered.
• Answer guests' questions about product offerings.
• Perform back-up duties for the Coffee Shop Manager, such as ordering products, completing inventory, and preparing reports.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Pay

USD $14.50 - USD $20.00 per hour.
