Coding Quality Specialist 2-Primary Care
About the role
Individual contributors manage the financial aspects of patient care, including billing, insurance claims, payment processing, financial counseling, and utilization and revenue cycle analysis. They translate patient diagnoses, treatments, and procedures into standardized medical codes, ensuring accurate coding to support billing processes, compliance with regulations, and integrity of patient health records for reimbursement and reporting purposes.

- Support organizations in direct service, operational, technical, or administrative functions
- Provide support services or activities, typically under supervision

Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant coding experience required

Pay
$18.00 - $35.32 hourly
Schedule
Primarily sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. Occasional travel to attend meetings and programs.
