Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated group of professionals in managing and optimizing coding and billing processes.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in coding and billing.
- Drive efficiency and excellence in revenue cycle operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Healthcare related field (BSN or RHIA)
- 5 years Coding experience
- Minimum 3 years acute-care hospital documentation specialist or Inpatient Coding and/or leadership experience required
Qualifications
- AHIMA credential of RHIT or RHIA or CCS or CDIP or ACDIS CCDS required
