Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in accordance with the Planetree philosophy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments and document findings accurately.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and advancements.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Delaware.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience working in a hospital setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems.

Skills

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols.
