Code Red Code Blue Per Diem Internal

Responsibilities

• Provides peer support and assistance to individuals working toward wellness, recovery, and greater stability.
• Supports individuals in identifying goals, building on strengths, and accessing appropriate services and resources.
• Connects individuals with community resources, treatment and recovery services, and other supports as appropriate.
• Builds positive relationships with community partners and participates in outreach, engagement, and recovery-focused activities.
• Provides support during periods of crisis within the scope of training and agency guidelines.
• Assists with coordination and follow-up as needed.
• Maintains appropriate documentation and confidentiality and supports safe, effective Center operations.
• Participates in required meetings, trainings, and other activities consistent with the position and agency expectations.
