Code Enforcement Officer
Serves as a Building, Plumbing, Property Maintenance, and Land Use/Zoning Inspector performing various inspections to ensure compliance with applicable building, plumbing, property maintenance, zoning, and land use codes and regulations. Additionally performs Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections of residential units through the Bangor Rental Assistance Program and responds to housing and property maintenance concerns.

Pay
Full salary range is $28.99 to $38.94 per hour (nonexempt).
Schedule
Full-time nonexempt position (40 hours per week).
