About the role

As a Cocktail Server, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, connecting with guests and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and monitor guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, responding promptly and courteously to requests.
• Stay educated on menu offerings and answer questions about food, beverages, dietary restrictions, and restaurant services.
• Perform side work for each shift and maintain service areas throughout your shift.
• Prepare and present the final bill, process payments, and report gratuities to comply with IRS income reporting standards.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older with 1-2 years of prior serving experience.
• Positive energy and a team-player mindset, ready to assist fellow staff.
• Strong communication skills with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
