About the Role

The Alida Hotel seeks a cocktail server who knows and appreciates the art of the drink. This individual is knowledgeable about both traditional and creative libations—from classic cocktails to craft beers—and makes recommendations to guests seeking new experiences. They increase customer retention and loyalty by serving quality beverages with impeccable service and warm Southern hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of menu and presentation standards
• Establish rapport with guests to build customer loyalty and relay feedback to leadership
• Understand and recommend food and beverage menu options to guests

• Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to carry food and drink trays
