At The Point Casino & Hotel, every shift is different. You’ll be at the heart of the action, delivering exceptional service while helping create an exciting atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, prompt beverage service throughout the casino.
• Build genuine connections with guests while providing outstanding hospitality.
• Keep your service area clean, stocked, and ready for action.
• Assist bartenders with stocking and other support tasks.
• Ensure guests are enjoying themselves responsibly.
• Handle cash accurately and professionally.
• Work as part of an energetic team that keeps the fun going.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of customer service or serving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Washington State Food Handler Card.
• Class 13 Alcohol Server Permit.
• Ability to obtain a Class II Gaming License.
