Cocktail Server

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting of all cash and inventory on assigned concession stand.
• Perform location worker assignments.
• Maintain safe working conditions and a sanitary work area for employees.
• Plan for peak‑hour sales and communicate change requirements to the Concession Manager.
• Maintain accurate cash‑handling procedures at all times.
• Perform location‑specific duties as assigned.
• Follow all rules and regulations of Food and Beverage.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (where applicable).
• Basic working knowledge of cash handling procedures.
• Sufficient math ability to accurately count money and make change quickly.
• Basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operation.
• Ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work.

Skills and Abilities

• Professional communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Problem‑solving abilities, self‑motivation, and organization.

Physical Demands

• Long periods of standing, walking, and navigating stairs.
• Work in light, dark, and sometimes loud areas.
• Direct contact with guests, managers, and employees.
• Ability to transport up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
