Essential Functions
- Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
- Must be able to stand for seven (7) consecutive hours.
- Must be able to carry a full tray of drinks at up to 25lb. per tray.
- Must have extensive beverage service knowledge.
- Must be friendly, helpful and courteous when dealing with Casino guests due to highly visible position.
- Reports to shift supervisor in complete uniform.
- Follows all service procedures described in the beverage manual.
- Acknowledge guests with special privileges (ie. complimentary drinks).
- Perform related tasks determined necessary by management.
