About the role
Citi is seeking a Lead Analyst, Acquisition Strategy & Performance Analytics to drive the performance of high-profile cobrand credit card partnerships. This role involves analyzing performance data, developing dashboards, and coordinating with various teams to optimize acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze acquisition performance KPIs using tools like Adobe Analytics and Tableau, translating data into actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain an acquisition performance dashboard, collaborating with channel managers to refine reporting methods and highlight meaningful trends.
- Deliver weekly performance updates identifying risks and opportunities, facilitating discussions to address issues proactively.
- Evaluate key financial metrics related to acquisition marketing investments, ensuring alignment with performance outcomes and identifying ways to enhance ROI.
- Create high-impact presentations for senior leadership and external partners, synthesizing cross-functional data into clear findings and recommendations.
- Coordinate the monthly marketing initiatives roadmap and test-and-learn plan with acquisition channel teams, capturing and sharing results across the business.
- Partner with the competitive insights team to compile and interpret market intelligence, using findings to refine acquisition strategies and differentiate from competitors.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in financial services or marketing, with a strong focus on program management and performance analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and quality under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Tableau, with the ability to build dashboards, analyze trends, and communicate findings clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, with the ability to produce polished, senior-ready outputs.
- Broad knowledge of P&Ls, marketing investment management, and the ability to connect financial metrics to strategic decisions.
- Exemplary communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership and external partners across a matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated success managing internal and external partnerships, including the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and negotiate complex workstreams.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Finance, or Analytics (beneficial).
- Experience leading competitive analysis and translating market intelligence into strategic recommendations (beneficial).
