Administrative$17/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Job Details Join the Cobb Family and Grow With Us!" etc. We need headings: for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content.
We have content: Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour plus additional shift differential for evenings, nights and weekends. So Pay section.
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 5:50 am – 1:45PM pm (typo). So Schedule section.
Benefits: list of benefits: Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, Free Telehealth Services, Free Mental Health Services, Well-Being Support Programs, 401K & Stock Options, Company Paid Life Insurance, Free Education starting your first day on 175 -degree programs, Citizenship Assistance, Discounts on thousands of programs and services through Beneplace, Cobb Rewards, New Hire Referral and Referral Bonuses, Paid Vacations, Paid Holidays, Overtime Eligibility, Earned Time Off.
Also mention eligibility day 1.
Responsibilities/Essential Duties: list of duties with percentages. We'll put under Responsibilities.
Requirements: Must have at least 12 months consecutive work history with one employer and no additional job gaps >6 months in past 36 months. If laid off or providing child/elder care, gap increased to 18 months. Previous work history will not apply to applicants who have been full time students consecutively for last 36 months. Rehire criteria: minimum waiting period of 180 days. Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods. Also location: Bear Hollow Farm, Pineville, MO. Also must reside in US to be considered for interview. Also priority to internal applicants first. Applicants with previous agricultural or production experience considered preferred. Also must be willing to sign biosecurity agreement etc. Those could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We'll put Requirements.
Qualifications maybe not separate; we can combine with Requirements. But we need to decide sections: maybe About the role (summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
About the role: we have Position Summary: "This position is responsible for the daily care of flocks in growing houses by performing all essential duties. Other duties may be assigned." Also maybe "Join the Cobb Family and Grow With Us!" but that's fluff. We'll use Position Summary as About the role.
We need to avoid boilerplate: remove EEO, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions, background check etc. Also remove relocation assistance etc.
We must preserve all substantive information. So include details like percentages, physical demands? Those are part of responsibilities? They are under Physical Demands and Work Environment. That's also substantive. Should we include a section for Physical Demands? Not in allowed headings list, but we could incorporate under Responsibilities or maybe a separate section like "Working Conditions". But instructions say use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not needed.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.

We need to ensure no stray characters like "pm" duplicate. Use proper spacing. Check for any boilerplate removed: we removed EEO, legal, application instructions, background check, relocation assistance, etc. Also removed "Certain roles at Tyson require background checks." etc. Also removed "Hourly Applicants ONLY -You must complete the task after submitting your application..." etc. Also removed "Tyson is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also removed "We provide our team members and their families with paid time off; 401(k) plans; affordable health, life, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits; and more." Actually that is somewhat benefits but we already have benefits list; but that sentence is generic; we could keep but it's somewhat repetitive. Might be considered boilerplate? It's a generic statement about benefits; but we already listed specific benefits. Could keep but it's not adding new info. Safer to omit. Also removed "If you would like to learn more about your data privacy rights..." etc. Also removed "Unsolicited Assistance: Tyson Foods
