Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality work through specialized skills in splicing, activations, testing, troubleshooting, and more.
- Upgrade existing plant, extend plant, and construct new buildings.
- Optimize new nodes and splice in node splits to reduce capacity.
- Utilize RF meters and TDRs (time-domain reflectometers).
- Read and interpret CATV telecommunications design and prints.
- Work in outdoor utility construction sites.
Qualifications
- Lifetime of at least 1-3 years in splicing and sweeping.
- Comfortable working on ladders or bucket trucks.
- A knack for solving complex problems and enjoying hands-on work.
- A history of delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including overtime.
- A valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
