Responsibilities
- Corporate leadership in technology innovation and growth
- Overseeing fleet and facilities
- Providing technical guidance and leadership to project teams
- Managing successful sales cycles from start to finish
- Leading large, heavy civil transportation projects
- Assessing potential environmental impacts of proposed projects and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Driving financial performance, managing risks, and supporting strategic growth objectives
- Leading major contracts and expanding engineering services and program and construction management capabilities
- Successfully delivering Design-Build projects and collaborating with state DOTs
Requirements
- Master of Science in Information Technology or related field
- Experience in project management and infrastructure development
- Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation
- Ability to lead and mentor project teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE)
- Passion for community development and infrastructure improvement
Qualifications
- Master of Arts in Linguistics or related field
- Associate of Science in Computer Hardware Engineering or related field
- Experience in large-scale civil transportation projects
- Knowledge of site/civil, structural, geotechnical, and roadway design
- Experience with site/civil, structural, geotechnical, and roadway design
- Experience with project controls and financial management
- Passion for community development and infrastructure improvement

Pay
Salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel required
