Coating Operator - 1st Shift

Entry-level role within the Manufacturing Production Painting/Coating job family. Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks related to painting and coating in a manufacturing production environment.
• Follow detailed instructions provided by supervisors.

Requirements

• Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment.
• Has little or no role in decision-making.
• Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
• Works under close supervision.

This is an hourly, entry-level position.
