Coating Associate (4 Day Work Week)

About the Role

We are seeking a Coating Associate to prepare end mills for the coating process, load and unload end mills into the coating vessel, and operate all machines and equipment located within the Coating Department. This position is a 1st shift opening and serves as a great launching point for a career path within the organization. No prior coating experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate the coating machine.
• Prepare tooling for loads and unloads into the washing system and Post Polish machines.
• Unpack and repack tools for both internal inventory and outside shipments.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Pack up tooling for shipment or inventory.
• Maintain production and quality levels.
• Assist in other departments as necessary, including training.

Our state-of-the-art facility is located in Gorham, ME, a charming town known for its natural beauty and friendly community. Gorham offers easy access to great outdoor activities, safe communities, and quality schooling (K-12 and colleges). The facility is less than a twenty-minute drive to Portland, ME.
