Key Responsibilities

  • Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.
  • Review title work and closing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout real estate closings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and internal team members.
  • Collaborate closely with the Coastal region offices to ensure smooth, efficient closings.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial Real Estate Law.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple files and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Must live in or be willing to commute.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work extended hours when necessary (especially at month-end).
