Coach/ Personal Trainer/ PE Teacher/ Fitness Instructor

About the role

KidStrong Plantation is seeking enthusiastic and experienced coaches with a background in athletics, coaching, or pediatric education. The position involves working with children to help them develop physical skills, sportsmanship, and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fitness programs tailored to individual child needs
• Provide daily supervision and support during group activities
• Assist in maintaining a safe and positive learning environment
• Communicate regularly with parents and other staff members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education, Coaching, or related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in coaching, teaching, or similar roles
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire children
• Experience with age-appropriate physical activities
• Passion for promoting health and wellness in children
