About the role

Elevate your career by joining the Head Over Heels team as a gymnastics/ninja coach! We are actively seeking passionate individuals 16 yrs and older, with a background in child services, gymnastics, tumbling, ninja or cheer instruction to inspire, educate, and positively impact the lives of young athletes in our dynamic community.

Responsibilities

• Implementing engaging lesson plans for classes or teams
• Delivering high-quality instruction through thrilling games and activities
• Nurturing strong character development

Requirements

• Evening & Saturday morning availability
• An upbeat and positive personality
• A track record of punctuality and reliability
• The ability to serve as a positive role model for our aspiring athletes
• The ability to lift (spot) children
• The ability to remain standing and active for long periods of time
• Previous knowledge of gymnastics, tumbling or similar is a bonus!

Pay

Competitive salary starting at $16 (16+ teens) and $18 (18+) per hour

Schedule

• 4-hour shift
• 8-hour shift
• After School
• Evening shift
• Weekend shift
