Position Summary
TourToTeach, driving financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supervising and developing associates.
What you'll do...
- Tour stores and provide feedback to associates.
- Collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations.
- Implement business solutions and communicate business objectives.
- Manage and support customer service initiatives.
- Resolve customer needs, complaints, and issues.
- Develop and implement action plans to correct deficiencies.
- Drive the financial performance and sales of the designated store area.
- Review and evaluate PL Profit Loss statements.
- Manage and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Maintain effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the Walmart mission values and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Build high-performing teams, embrace differences, and create a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected.
- Recruit and develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential.
- Supervise and develop opportunities for hourly associates.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Act with integrity, maintain and promote the highest standards of ethics and compliance.
- Serve our customers and members, delivering results while putting the customer first.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
