Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Florida Educator's Certificate in any subject*
• First aid training concepts, injury prevention, CPR
• Willingness to devote time before and after school hours
• *Cheerleading coaches of non-competitive teams are not required to hold a Florida Educator's Certificate.
• Must have Hernando County School District required 20 hour Sports First Aid course offered through Human Kinetics. Please follow link below.
