What You Will Do
- Provides in-person safety and security around-the-clock.
- Mentors and develops individual skills of each youth.
- Maintains a supportive environment for youth’s needs.
- Makes observations and documents behaviors and activities.
- Assists with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.
- Collaborates with other professionals to meet each youth’s treatment plan goals.
Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.
- Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
