Requirements
- Current CPR/AED Certification (hands‑on training; online courses not accepted)
- First Aid Card
- Coaching Certificate
- NFHS Concussion Certificate
- NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certificate
- NFHS Heat Illness Certificate
- Knowledge of adolescent psychology
- Valid TB test
- Fingerprint clearance
- Keenan course completions
- All other RJUHSD‑mandated certificates
- All coach clearance certifications and requirements as stated on the RJUHSD website
- Recent experience coaching wrestling within the last three years (preferred)
- Experience coaching wrestling at the high school level (preferred)
- Letter of Introduction
- Resume (include 2‑3 references)
Responsibilities
This position will support the head coach of the program in developing athletes on and off the court and aligns with the Inside Out Coaching Initiative.
