What You Will Be Doing
- Running one-hour life skills workshops with K-8 students covering public speaking, focus, and giving and receiving feedback
- Delivering Test2Pass mastery assessments after each workshop to confirm students have genuinely learned the skill, not just sat through it
- Running daily motivation sessions using student profiles, interests, and Coachbot analytics to get 100% of your cohort hitting their weekly app advancement goals
- Applying storytelling, incentives (school currency, leaderboards), and personal connection to push past student resistance
- Tracking cohort satisfaction scores toward a 90%+ target on student surveys
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Delivering lectures from a board. Students advance academically through self-guided AI-powered apps, not through instruction from you.
- Babysitting. Kids on computers is the setting; active engagement is the job.
- Lowering the bar when students push back. Test2Pass standards hold, regardless of whether a student is having a hard week.
- Inventing curriculum from scratch. Lesson plans and workshop playbooks are provided; your job is to deliver them with the presence and storytelling skill that makes students actually absorb the material.
- Managing parents, running admissions, or overseeing campus operations. That's a different role.
