Co-Teacher or Assistant Teachers for Twos Preschool & Pre-K Department
Compensation: $17–$20 per hour (based on credentials and experience)
About the Role
The Early Preschool, Preschool & Pre-K classroom is the culminating experience of the Primrose journey — the moment where everything comes together. It is the bridge between early childhood and the formal world of elementary school. Families choose Primrose intentionally. They are looking for more than care — they are looking for readiness, confidence, and joy. That is what we deliver. This is a structured, joyful, academically rich environment led by an educator who understands the weight and privilege of preparing a child for what comes next — and who delights in the magic of this age.
Our classrooms are full of questions, big personalities, laughter, imaginative play, and breakthrough moments that make you pause and smile. We are looking for a teacher who loves that energy — who sees both the magic and the momentum of this age. This is a full-time leadership role with strong classroom autonomy.
