About the role

Inside Sales Leader with responsibility to facilitate an atmosphere of cooperation, accountability, and empowerment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
  • Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
  • Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the Inside Sales team is proactive and productively engaged in selling activities.
  • Provide and ensure customer satisfaction through timely quotes, bids, and follow-up.
  • Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring Inside Sales and Warehouse employees.
  • Train, coach, and lead staff.
  • Counsel and implement discipline with direction from Regional Manager, Director of Sales Operations, and Human Resources.
  • Serve as liaison for Outside Sales, Regional Manager, and customers.
  • Review the daily edit and remit information to corporate offices.
  • Support and facilitate implementation of sales and marketing plans.
  • Uphold and promote Ryan Herco Flow Solutions' image of professionalism and service at all times.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and hold staff accountable.
  • Lead by example and hold Inside Sales team members accountable to achieving sales and marketing objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3 years of Inside Sales/Customer Service experience.
  • Knowledge of PVC fittings or plumbing industry is a plus.
  • PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Mechanical/Technical aptitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Interacts effectively and works productively with a wide range of people.
  • Solid interpersonal skills, able to maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels of personnel.
  • Reliable and effective communicator.
  • Strong teamwork and professional demeanor.
