Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of digital document control systems and related software applications.
• Aid in updating quality and manufacturing documentation to company standards, including document review, formatting, and uploading to electronic repositories.
• Support digitalization initiatives by helping transition shop floor processes from paper-based to electronic systems.
• Assist with the setup and deployment of workstation hardware and software throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Provide support for quality and production-related software applications used on the shop floor.
• Aid in training operators and end users on digital tools and applications.
• Troubleshoot software and system issues and escalate concerns as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on quality, efficiency, and process standardization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality management system objectives and manufacturing operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business needs.

Your Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Maintained a 2.5 GPA or higher.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software applications and digital tools.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Interested in gaining hands-on experience within a manufacturing quality environment.
• Comfortable working directly with production teams and cross-functional departments.
• Eager to contribute to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
