Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQ) process
- Analyze quotations - assist in obtaining capital appropriations and issuing purchase orders
- Maintain monthly and annual metrics
- Aid in Supply Chain manager and buyer projects and responsibilities
- Participate in supplier and cross-functional team meetings
- Assist in manufacturing reviews and monthly interplant meetings
- Support invoicing and payment issues
- Participate in supplier transition projects and new product introductions
- Liaison for supply chain management on the product change process team
Eligibility Requirements
- Currently attending an accredited college or university
- 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to establish trust and credibility
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize effectively and complete all projects in a timely manner
- Proficient in Microsoft® Office Tools - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
General Information
- HOURS AND LOCATION: 40-hour work week on-site in Avon, Ohio (20 miles west of Cleveland)
- HOURLY RATE: Based on academic year $17 - $23/hour
