Co-op, Process Standardization & Delivery Automation (LCS)

About the role

This is a full-time co-op position running from January to August 2027. You will need to take off an academic term to participate in this role.

Responsibilities

• Support standardization of project delivery practices globally through Visio process flow creation, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel template creation.
• Help design methods to reduce rework and variation through governed reusable content.
• Ensure scalable delivery through application scripting (Python, C#) for automation deployment of Industrial Switches and Virtual Machines.
• Assist with lab hardware setup of PLCs, network switches, and virtual machine creation for data centers.
• Help unify delivery guidance through the use of process flows, templates, playbooks, and other tools into a single execution model.

Requirements

• Active enrollment in a four-year or advanced degree program at an accredited university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (Rockwell Automation will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future).

Preferred Qualifications

• A STEM-related degree in progress.
• Prior internship with Rockwell Automation or interaction through an event.
• A cumulative GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale.
• Demonstrated experience approaching challenges with creative solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize competing tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with and leading others to achieve project goals.
• The ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.

Pay

Hourly compensation ranges from $22 to $32, based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.

Schedule

Full-time, January to August 2027.
