About the Role

TIMET Morgantown is recruiting co-ops for the Fall/Winter 2026 semester (July - December). This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for students to implement classroom objectives in a hands-on industrial manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and accept project assignments such as design, repair, improvement, and modification of processes and/or equipment.
• Recognize, evaluate, and provide solutions to engineering or operational challenges.
• Practice and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with higher management.
• Provide support as department needs dictate, with duties varying by major and department.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a four-year university program in one of the eligible majors.
• Able to commit to a six-month co-op (strongly preferred).
• Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Comfortable working inside an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Able to reliably commute or relocate on-site for the full-time opportunity.
