What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- The Co-op position requires a candidate to be enrolled as an undergraduate (sophomore or above) that has successfully completed a minimum of 30 semester hours.
- Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be able to maintain the minimum GPA.
- This position is intended to provide you with educational and professional work experience to prepare you for the workforce.
- This position requires you to work for 3 alternating semesters.
- You cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op at the same time, which may delay your graduation by 1-2 semesters.
- Students must be able to complete 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA in line with the schedule below:
- Summer 2027 - 1st rotation
- Spring 2028 - 2nd rotation
- Fall 2028 - 3rd rotation
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working in cross-departmental teams or on technology-related projects.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, curiosity, and creative problem-solving.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, or visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Interest in airline operations, project management, or technology development.
