About the role
Snyk is seeking a Summer Co-op to join our dynamic team across multiple groups. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about secure software development and eager to contribute to our mission of empowering developers to innovate securely in the AI era.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Snyk's AI-native Developer Security Platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in code, dependencies, containers, and cloud environments
- Contribute to the enhancement and improvement of Snyk's tools and services to ensure they meet the evolving needs of developers
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality and security of Snyk's products
- Support the implementation of new features and integrations to streamline the development and security workflow
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering)
- Strong interest in software development and security
- Basic understanding of programming languages and software development concepts
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
