Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Supervise and train staff.
• Ensure compliance with Wendy's operating systems and procedures.
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to job responsibilities.
• Conduct interviews and crew orientation.
• Perform all restaurant operations positions/functions as required.
• Stand for long periods of time without a break.
• Meet the requirements of all subordinate positions.
• Drive to and from work as needed.
• Inspect and move all supplies in the restaurant.
• Work in both hot and cold environments.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in hot and cold environments.

• Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures.
• Knowledge of Wendy's policies and procedures related to job responsibilities.
