Co-Founder & CEO - AI E-commerce Operations System

The Opportunity

FutureSight is seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead Omnex, an AI-native operating system for multi-channel ecommerce sellers, currently in build at our studio. This is a co-founder partnership with meaningful founder equity, not a salaried executive role.

About the Role

Omnex replaces fragmented workflows with an autonomous, multi-agent AI workforce, optimizing pricing, inventory, advertising, and customer support across multiple sales channels. The position involves setting the venture's direction, leading execution, and building a go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Set the venture's strategic direction and lead its execution
• Refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead pilots with ecommerce sellers, convert them to paid engagements, and build the go-to-market motion
• Partner with the FutureSight product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate on user feedback
• Lead the seed round, supported by FutureSight's network and traction
• Recruit and lead the founding team, establishing the company's cultural foundation

Requirements

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement
• Fundraising fluency, developing investor narratives, and closing capital
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company
• Direct experience in ecommerce—operated a multi-channel business, sold software into this market, or built tools for ecommerce sellers at scale
• Network within the ecommerce seller community (Amazon sellers, Shopify operators, 3PL partners)

• Experience in AI and machine learning, particularly in the context of ecommerce
• Strong leadership skills and experience in building and scaling teams
• Understanding of the global ecommerce market and its dynamics
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and secure buy-in for the Omnex vision
