About the role

The Co-Director & Administrator of Faith & Family Life Ministry serves as an advocate for the generations of the Church and provides leadership for the structures, programs, and atmosphere of family ministry. This position helps ensure that the parish works collaboratively to form and equip families and make disciples of the next generation. As part of the administrative role, the Director will oversee the organization and coordination of Faith & Family Life Ministry, including ministry planning, calendars, communications, resources, budgets, records, and the coordination of staff and volunteers. The Director will help establish effective systems and processes that support the ministry's goals and ensure that programs and opportunities are carried out efficiently and consistently.
