About the role

The Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services (RCAAS) Psychological Services Clinic (PSC) is seeking a part-time therapist to join their team. The clinic primarily serves neurodivergent adults with Autism, ADHD, and/or Learning Disorders, and occasionally those with acquired neurological differences.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to clients
• Potentially provide group therapy sessions
• Engage in PSC team activities, including:
• Didactic trainings led by clinical faculty
• Individual supervision with licensed psychologist Dr. Cohen
• Group supervision with Dr. Cohen, doctoral graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A graduate degree in a field relevant to psychotherapy (e.g., LAC, LPC, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD)
• Licensure to practice psychotherapy in New Jersey, or eligibility and a clear path toward licensure
