About the Role
The Laboratoire de Linguistique Formelle (LLF) is seeking to support applications for CNRS Research Associate positions, full-time permanent roles designed for early-career researchers. Applicants must hold a PhD by the application deadline. Knowledge of French is not required.
CNRS recruits researchers through a national competition, but applicants are encouraged to select one or more research labs for assignment. Support from a lab is crucial for a successful application.
About the Lab
The LLF, located at Université Paris Cité, has about 70 members, including 33 permanent faculty. Research spans all subfields of linguistics, with recent expansion into psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics, experimental linguistics, computational linguistics, dialogue, typology, and Sign language linguistics.
Requirements
- PhD in linguistics or related field (must be completed by the application deadline).
- Excellent research record.
- Research project aligned with the LLF’s areas of inquiry.
