CNO Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize complex software systems using C and related technologies
• Engineer and integrate advanced features focused on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth communication protocols
• Conduct reverse engineering and vulnerability analysis to enhance system resilience and mission effectiveness
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and CNO specialists to design secure, mission-ready software solutions
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous integration activities to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Contribute to research and prototyping efforts for next-generation mobile and embedded systems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant software development experience in C or comparable low-level languages (degree can substitute for years of experience)
• 3+ years developing cybersecurity or CNO-specific software solutions
• Demonstrated experience with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field
• Strong understanding of secure software development principles and system-level programming

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with mobile or embedded development environments
• Experience with network protocol analysis and reverse engineering tools
• Knowledge of RF technologies, signal analysis, or low-level communication stacks
• Ability to work effectively in a classified, mission-focused environment
