Responsibilities
- Set up, layouts and programming
- Equipment operation
- Collect data from inspections
- Process troubleshooting
- Light maintenance
- Tool selection 1st article inspections
Requirements
- Five years manufacturing and trouble-shooting experience on CNC Swiss
- Five years layout and set-up experience/or capacity to learn on CNC Swiss
- Five years manufacturing, trouble-shooting, programming, and set-up experience on CNC Swiss.
- Good math aptitude and good blueprint reading abilities
- Good understanding of SPC and the basic elements of TQM and GD&T
Skills
- Needs to have solid communication skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Candidate must be able to get along and work with others and be able to work overtime if need be
- Maintains compliance with company’s policies and procedures
- Maintain clean and organized work environment

- Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:30am - 4pm
- Night Shift: Monday - Thursday 4pm - 2:15am
- Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday 6am - 6pm
