Responsibilities
- Operate CNC router equipment to produce parts according to work instructions and specifications
- Route standard product line components with attention to detail to ensure clean cuts and minimal de-burring
- Absorb additional routing and production tasks as needed
- Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure and calipers
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and correct errors to prevent repeated mistakes
- Maintain an organized and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Support team members to keep production moving efficiently
Qualifications
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Ability to use calipers to verify measurements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Previous CNC router experience
- Woodworking or cabinet-building experience
- Experience using hand routers or other hand tools
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Preferred
- Experience using hand routers or other hand tools
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to use hand tools and operate machinery safely
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
