Top Requirements
- 7+ years of CNC machining and programming experience using Mastercam in a production environment
- Extensive experience writing, editing, and troubleshooting G-code and machine code
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, 3D CAD models, and engineering specifications
- Knowledge of tooling selection, cutting speeds, feeds, and machining principles
- Ability to assist or lead machine setup, tooling, fixtures, and material arrangements
- Strong understanding of material properties and tool wear management
- HS diploma or GED required
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
