What’s the Job?
Program and support CNC machining processes for large-format equipment including VTL, VBM, gantry 5-axis, and multi-purpose turn/grind machines.
Generate and maintain CNC programs using NX-CAM or similar software for milling, turning, grinding, and/or EDM.
Verify CNC programs using Vericut prior to release to the shop floor.
Provide daily CNC troubleshooting and operator support including probing cycles, process validation, and tooling/fixturing needs.
Lead process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
What’s Needed?
- 4+ years of CNC programming experience using a graphical CAM system (NX-CAM preferred).
- Experience with multi-axis CNC machining.
- Ability to support machine startup, operator training, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of tooling, fixturing, and machining parameters.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of CNC programming languages and tools.
- Experience with CNC machines and related equipment.
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with CNC programming software such as NX-CAM.
- Experience with multi-axis CNC machining.
- Experience with Vericut for verification of CNC programs.
